What do i do about an unexpected object in my kingsmill loaf?

Ring customer services and ask for complaints and report a foreign object in the loaf, keep hold of any receipt or proof of purchase and do not discard the item you have found and keep it sealed in something like a sandwich bag for now, I for one would be disgusted with it and would demand a settlement.
